About this dish

Jollof is the dish Nigerians argue about and never stop eating. Ours is long-grain rice simmered in a blended base of tomatoes, red bell pepper, scotch bonnet and onion, then left to catch at the bottom of the pot for that prized smoky 'party' flavor. It comes with a leg of seasoned, grilled chicken and a side of fried plantain.
