About this dish

Suya is Nigeria's favorite street food: thin strips of beef coated in yaji, a spice blend of ground peanut, ginger, chilli and bouillon, then grilled over an open flame. We finish it with sliced red onion and tomato and an extra dusting of yaji for anyone brave enough.

Served with red onion, tomato and extra yaji
